Requirements

  • Must be 18+ with valid state-issued ID
  • Ability to swim 100 yards and tread water for 3 minutes
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and assist passengers in emergencies
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work long, flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Team-oriented with strong situational awareness
  • High school diploma
  • Must participate in our U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulated drug testing consortium, as required for safety-sensitive maritime positions
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and on-going random drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

  • Support the Captain with line handling, docking, and navigation duties
  • Ensure passenger safety during boarding, cruising, and disembarking
  • Maintain vessel cleanliness (decks, restrooms, public spaces, exterior)
  • Assist with mooring, fueling, potable water intake, and waste removal
  • Participate in required safety drills and emergency procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance including washing, painting, and detailing
