This role is for individuals who are seasoned deck builders or skilled carpenters ready to specialize in custom decking and patio structures. You will craft custom decks, screened-in porches, patio covers, and outdoor living spaces using premium materials like Trex, TimberTech, and custom aluminum structures. Requirements

• Proven experience in deck building or carpentry for outdoor structures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to follow our methods, including safe practices and project protocols.
• Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate on-site.
