About The Position

As decision scientist for Partner (Employee) Analytics within the broader Partner Resources organization, you will be responsible for conducting complex analyses to deliver critical insights that guide strategic decisions across the partner domain, to include talent management, compensation, benefits, partner/labor relations, and operational excellence. The successful candidate for this role will thrive in a highly cross-functional working environment, possess strong analysis and insights generation capabilities, and have the intellectual curiosity to dive deep into complex problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with quantitative emphasis: Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1 or more years related experience applying analytics to complex business questions with knowledge in statistics (descriptive, regression, etc.)
  • Experience with coding languages to support data preparation (SQL), pipelines (Python), and data analysis (R, Python)
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct data manipulation and analysis – You will collect requirements to identify appropriate methodologies, extract and transform large-scale data sets from a variety of systems, and perform analysis with high quality and statistical rigor.
  • Craft compelling narratives backed by data – You will synthesize analytical findings into actionable recommendations, produce relevant visualizations and narratives, and present findings to stakeholders, requiring the ability to communicate complex technical material to nontechnical audiences in an approachable way.
  • Effectively plan & prioritize work – You will proactively manage deadlines and ensure work is aligned to enterprise priorities, identifying risks when they arise.
