As a dedicated Decision Science Analyst Senior, you will translate operational fraud data into member experience insights by linking transaction activity, declines, and verification outcomes to complaint themes and contact center call drivers. Analyze where fraud controls, handoffs, and timing gaps create repeat calls, escalations, or unresolved member issues, and quantify the impact using call, complaint data, transaction, and product data. These insights will inform targeted improvements that reduce friction, complaints to support decisions that balance fraud risk with member trust. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in San Antonio, TX, or Charlotte, NC. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
