We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Decision Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, engineering operations, finance, strategy, consulting, or related fields.
- Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in analytics, engineering operations, finance, strategy, consulting, or rotational programs.
- High learning agility and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong skills in data synthesis, executive communication, and AI-enabled decision support.
Responsibilities
- Provide decision intelligence and support to the Engineering Excellence Lead for Corporate Engineering by translating strategy into measurable execution outcomes.
- Drive engineering excellence and delivery performance across Corporate Engineering Hubs and Corporate Activity Teams through adoption of standards, tooling, metrics, insights, training, communication, and governance.
- Convert comprehensive engineering data—portfolio, headcount, financial, and execution signals—into clear insights and narratives for senior leaders.
- Enable AI-accelerated workflows that automate insight generation while ensuring human judgment and context guide executive decisions.
