As a Market Intelligence Decision Scientist, you will help Best Buy understand, quantify, and forecast how external economic and market forces affect consumer behavior, industry dynamics, and company performance, enabling better business decisions and outcomes. You will apply economic theory, statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and market intelligence frameworks to assess the impact of macroeconomic trends, policy changes, consumer dynamics, and competitive developments on Best Buy's business. Working across Finance, Strategy, Analytics, and Market Intelligence, you will translate complex data into trusted insights, forecasts, and decision-support tools that help Best Buy navigate uncertainty and plan for the future. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non ‑ Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
