About The Position

We are hiring motivated candidates to join our team as Deburring Technicians. No prior experience is required, as we are willing to train entry-level candidates who possess a strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a desire to learn hands-on skills in metal finishing. In this role, you will be responsible for smoothing sharp edges, removing burrs, and polishing metal parts using various tools and machines to ensure our products meet top quality standards.

Requirements

Experience using hand tools, grinders, and other deburring equipment is a plus!
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and steady hands.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Effective communication skills in English.
Good vision, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and tools.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with consistent, reliable attendance.
Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or certain protected individuals).

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in metal finishing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect parts for imperfections and sharp edges.
Use hand tools and equipment (grinders, sanders, tumblers, etc.) to deburr and polish metal parts.
Learn to read basic blueprints and perform quality checks.
Maintain workstations, and track inventory.
Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, efficient team environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
