About The Position

Clow is looking for a Deburring Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play an important part in producing high-quality metal components by removing sharp edges, improving surface finish, and preparing parts for the next stage of production. Using tumblers, dryers, and finishing equipment, you'll help ensure every part meets customer expectations while maintaining accurate production records and keeping materials organized. Requirements

6–12 months of relevant manufacturing or production experience preferred
Basic math skills for weights, counts, and production tracking
Basic understanding of measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a production environment
Frequent handling of parts, bins, and materials
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Repetitive motion involving loading, unloading, and inspecting parts
Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes

Responsibilities

Operate tumblers and dryers to deburr, finish, and dry parts according to specifications
Load and unload parts while adjusting machine settings to achieve consistent results
Inspect parts before and after processing to verify quality standards are met
Move parts through the finishing process and prepare them for the next operation
Utilize computer systems to record production, manage inventory, and track job activity
Maintain organization of bins, boxes, and materials for each job
