Requirements
- No prior experience required; 6 month’s experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Some mechanical aptitude
- Basic ability to read blueprints
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack preferred, not required
- Some familiarity with computers preferred, not required
- Comfort level working around machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions given in English
- Must be able to meet quality and entry level productivity standards
- Ability to stay on task for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be at workstation on time, every day unless otherwise authorized
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Must have US work authorization.

Nice To Haves
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack preferred, not required

Responsibilities
- Review work instructions for manifold and determine method of deburring
- Manually deburr manifold blocks by hand using files, drills, scrapers, brushes, etc.
- Prepare thermo deburring machine for run; turn on gas and check connections; load program
- Perform safety check on thermal deburring machine prior to operation
- Run preliminary job for verification
- Load/unload thermo deburring machine
- Use hand light to illuminate manifold cavities for hidden burrs
- Check completed manifolds for damage and contamination
- Stack finished product as directed on work instructions on pallets or crates
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Benefits
- The hourly range for the position is $18 - $20/hour.
