About The Position

Roush Yates is seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to inspect finished products and remove burrs, chips, and imperfections so parts meet quality standards. The role involves careful handling and washing of parts, quality inspection, and following written work instructions and quality system requirements. The ideal candidate is focused, consistent, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous deburring experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and concentration.
• Ability to follow directions and written instructions.
• Good written communication skills.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, tolerate heat exposure, and lift or handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• For ITAR compliance, must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, chips, and imperfections from machined parts.
• Use hand tools and power tools, including angle grinders and orbital sanders.
• Wash, count, and carefully handle parts.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Follow written work instructions and quality system requirements.
• Document daily tasks and findings as needed.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
