About The Position

HiFyve is hiring an Aerospace Deburr Technician / Polisher for a growing precision manufacturer in Meriden, CT. You'll perform detailed deburring, polishing, and finishing work on precision aerospace components where workmanship and attention to detail matter.

Requirements

• 1+ year of deburring, polishing, metal finishing, assembly, or similar manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work history

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace, CNC machining, or precision manufacturing experience preferred
• Caliper, micrometer, or gauge experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deburr, polish, and hand-finish precision metal components
• Remove burrs and surface imperfections to blueprint/specification requirements
• Use grinders, orbital sanders, and other hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
• Inspect finished components for quality and workmanship
• Perform touch-up and rework when needed
• Complete production documentation accurately
