About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring parts meet customer specifications through precise deburring. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and proficiency with deburring equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to operate grinders and various deburring equipment.
- Ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily.
- Must wear all personal protective equipment where necessary (i.e. safety glasses, shoes, etc.).
Nice To Haves
- Read blueprints and tape measure.
- Some deburring experience.
- High School or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret customer drawings.
- Operate grinders and various deburring equipment.
- Produce quality, error-free parts with precision according to customer specifications.
- Review traveler/prints to determine deburring requirements.
- Follow directions in a fast-paced environment and complete jobs within allotted time frames.
- Communicate effectively and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
