About The Position

The Deburr Technician operates power and hand tools, along with standard deburring equipment, to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, and rough or sharp edges from manufactured parts. The role is responsible for processing and inspecting material in accordance with quality, workmanship, and standard procedure requirements.

Requirements

• High school education level.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools and standard deburring equipment.
• Ability to use gauges and visually inspect parts for quality and workmanship compliance.
• Follow standard procedures for equipment operation, verification, inspection, documentation, and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to cut, clean, and deburr material.
• Use gauges and visual inspection to verify parts meet quality and workmanship standards.
• Follow standard procedures for tool setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
