The Deburr Operator is responsible for deburring complex parts with end mills, sandpaper, and other finishing tools as necessary. Nice To Haves

High School Diploma Preferred
1-2 years’ experience in the aerospace industry preferred

Responsibilities

Deburr complex parts with end mills, sandpaper, and other finishing tools as necessary
Perform equipment parts cleaning operation
Read blueprints/job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
Ability to deburr small components to required specifications and tolerances
Properly utilize inspection equipment including micrometers and calipers
Sort, inspect and hand wash parts when required
Create optimal surface finish conditions and remove burrs on components using hard tools and automated equipment per blueprint or verbal instructions.
Complies with MMC quality systems, including correctly completing all related documents.
Follow all safety guidelines established by the company.
Other duties as assigned by management.
