About The Position

Lloyd Richards Personnel is hiring Deburr / Grinder Operators for manufacturing opportunities in the Tulsa area. The role involves removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from machined metal parts so they meet quality standards. Operators use hand tools and grinding equipment to smooth and finish metal surfaces, inspect finished parts, follow work instructions, and record completed work using basic computer systems. Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or weekend shifts based on availability.
