Responsibilities
- With General Guidance, training, and while using a microscope, remove, blend, and /or smoothly polish miniature surfaces and / or edge defects, burrs, and / or contrasting colors.
- Learn to select and install miniature polishing tools and miniature parts into chucks, vises, or other holding devices.
- Learn how to use all documents such as, job aids, routers, FESs, and Blueprints.
- Learn how to use measurement devices (calipers, gage blocks, micrometers).
- Make clean and effective hand-offs from shift-to-shift.
- Learn to meet production standards, navigate FlexNet, and effectively use Epicor.
