About The Position

If you've been on a debt settlement floor and you know how to turn a hesitant consumer into a closed enrollment — this role was built for you. We're growing fast and we need proven closers who can perform from day one.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of closing experience on a US debt settlement or debt relief campaign
  • Advanced English — near-native fluency in both spoken and written communication
  • Deep understanding of how debt settlement works (FICO impact, creditor negotiations, program timelines)
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding close rate KPIs — be ready to share your numbers
  • Strong objection handling skills and a calm, trust-building phone presence
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems (Five9, NICE, Salesforce, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Handle warm transfers and direct calls from consumers enrolled or considering debt settlement programs
  • Deliver a confident, consultative close using proven scripts and your own industry expertise
  • Overcome objections around fees, timelines, credit impact, and program structure
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain full compliance with TCPA and debt settlement regulations
