CreditAssociates, a leader in consumer financial services located in Plano, Texas, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Bilingual (Spanish/English) to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for motivated, goal-driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about helping others, and are looking for uncapped commission potential. The position involves communicating the value of the company's debt relief program to qualified prospects, handling inbound calls, making outbound calls to manage a pipeline, and guiding prospects through the sales process using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work hours as needed.
- Strong commitment to achieving success.
- Fluent Spanish/English.
- Prior experience in B2C sales is a big plus.

- Salesforce Experience (willingness to learn is acceptable).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Business-to-Consumer Experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the life-changing value of CreditAssociates' debt relief program to qualified prospects.
- Handle inbound calls from leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to effectively manage and grow your own pipeline.
- Navigate Salesforce to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Position services as a solution to prospects’ financial challenges with empathy and understanding.
