About The Position

Kunes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Sterling is hiring Bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Consultants to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for outgoing, driven individuals who enjoy assisting people in finding the perfect vehicle. The position is well-suited for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, bartending, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles. The company is part of the fast-growing Kunes Auto Group, one of the Midwest's largest dealership families.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Backgrounds in hospitality, bartending, restaurants, or any customer-facing roles

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the car-buying process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly sales goals
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle knowledge and promotions
