About The Position
CreditAssociates, a leader in consumer financial services located in Plano, Texas, is seeking a Debt Consultant – Bilingual (Spanish/English) to join their dynamic sales team. This role involves helping qualified prospects understand the value of CreditAssociates' debt relief program, managing a pipeline of leads, and guiding clients through the sales process. The ideal candidate is motivated, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for helping others achieve financial stability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to adapt to flexible work hours as needed.
- Strong commitment to achieving success.
- Fluent Spanish/English.
- Prior experience in B2C sales is a big plus.
Nice To Haves
- Salesforce Experience (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
- Use sales expertise to communicate the value of CreditAssociates' debt relief program to qualified prospects.
- Handle inbound calls from leads and make outbound calls to manage and grow a personal pipeline.
- Navigate Salesforce to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Position services as a solution to prospects' financial challenges with empathy and understanding.
