Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to successfully complete a forklift certification test.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts.
• Upload/Load trucks as needed.
• Learn and understand the cheese grading experience.
• Remove cheese from packaging.
• Report all safety malfunctions on equipment promptly.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
• Cover other forklift departments after training.
