About The Position

Manages superintendents, supervisors, and hourly associates in relation to safety, quality, employee relations, yield, and productivity. This is a Night Shift position.

Requirements

• 5-7 years demonstrated supervisory/management, must include experience managing multiple departments
• Demonstrated experience with Financial analysis in an operations setting (Agristats)
• HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in depth knowledge and experience.
• USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.
• previous manufacturing management experience required if no poultry.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preffered (Ag, Operations Management, Business)
• experience will be considered in lieu of degree
• previous poultry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all milestones, financial targets and success metrics are met.
• Developing process improvements to increase level of service utilizing business and technical resources.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, including scope, costs, resources and timing.
• Developing, managing and maintaining ongoing work plan and coordinating schedules and activities.
• Promote and enforce a culture of safety
