The Dean of Students leads student conduct and behavioral support initiatives with a strategic focus on restorative practices, intervention, and positive behavioral outcomes. This role promotes a culture of respect, collaboration, and shared responsibility by partnering with students, families, teachers, clinicians, and support staff to address underlying behavioral concerns and prevent suspensions through evidence-based alternatives. The Dean of Students serves as a visible, approachable leader committed to student-centered decision-making, mutual respect, accountability, growth, and community repair, while ensuring that all actions contribute to better serving students and strengthening the school community.
