Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as Dean of Nursing and Allied Health. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare education, strengthen workforce partnerships, and lead high-impact programs that directly support student success and regional workforce needs. The Nursing and Allied Health Division Dean at Baton Rouge Community College is responsible for providing divisional leadership that supports the mission, vision, and strategic goals of the College, Academic Affairs, and Workforce Development. The position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, evaluation, and management of the Division's instructional programs, services, budget, and employees in the Division's instructional disciplines/programs. He or she is a member of the institutional administrative team and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of his/her division. The division dean serves as the direct supervisor to the department chairs, workforce development specialist(s), and support staff within the division. The dean works directly for the Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Academic and Workforce Development in the administration of the function and duties listed below.
