About The Position

This position provides essential support for the Allied Health & Nursing programs at Louisiana Delta Community College. The role involves coordinating CNA testing and credentialing, managing apprenticeship and workforce programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, collecting and reporting data, and offering general program operations support. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Flexibility is needed to meet program demands and reporting deadlines. The role also requires adherence to privacy and data security standards, and periodic travel between campuses and testing sites may be necessary.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience).
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Experience working with confidential records and compliance-related processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in an allied health, healthcare administration, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in higher education, healthcare program administration, or workforce program coordination.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards (e.g., ACEN, workforce boards, or state regulatory bodies).
  • Experience with student information systems, compliance tracking tools, and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and approve CNA testing processes, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance.
  • Serve as liaison between testing agencies, faculty, and administration.
  • Maintain records related to testers, approvals, and testing outcomes.
  • Organize and maintain documentation for LPN apprenticeship programs.
  • Track participation, progress, and completion data for workforce initiatives.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Monitor and maintain program compliance with institutional, state, and accrediting body requirements.
  • Conduct audits of student and program records across campuses.
  • Identify compliance gaps and report findings to program leadership.
  • Collect and track student learning outcomes (SLOs) across programs.
  • Compile Industry-Based Certification (IBC) data across Allied Health programs.
  • Assist with reports for accreditation, institutional effectiveness, and leadership.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to program leadership.
  • Assist with accreditation preparation and program reviews.
  • Support communication and coordination across campuses and program areas.
