About The Position

A deal is made whenever a business acquires or invests, locally or internationally. Sometimes this may involve preparing the business for a sale or resolving disputes between companies. We help our client's complete favourable deals faster and resolve complex business issues by bringing in industry expertise. As you help clients address a variety of complex issues, the solutions you generate will be consistent and streamlined with the best deal value. The advisory services you provide will encourage all parties to work together to find an innovative solution. The core of our Deals CPA pre-approved program is based on various placements across three of the following groups: Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuations, and Performance & Restructuring. This ensures you’re exposed to key areas of our Deals practice and a wide variety of projects and assignments. Upon completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to align yourself with one of the areas of the Deals business. You’ll be joining a firm that’s invested in your success from day one. Requirements

Accounting/Commerce-related degrees or appropriate CPA conversion programs
A passion for business, finance and deals
An ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and demanding environment
An ability to analyze information and offer sound recommendations
Examples of leading yourself and others through on-campus and extra-curricular roles
People who are authentic, resilient, inclusive and passionate
Examples of building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
An ability to think innovatively
A willingness to travel to client sites
Eligibility to work in Canada as a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or Post-Grad Work Permit holder
