About The Position

They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. As part of the Financial Due Diligence team you shall support consulting solutions to PwC clients participating in select projects that may encompass some of the phases of transaction services projects, which may include research, analysis and developing insights that address significant client issues. As an Intern/Trainee you shall support teams, observe and learn, and participate in projects, focusing on gaining exposure to PwC practices. You shall perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success.
