About The Position

As a Deals Accelerated Solutions IT Manager, you will focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, enabling efficient data flow and optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role, you will analyze IT spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize IT resources and investments. Working within our Technology Consulting practice, you will validate that technology solutions align with business priorities, are cost-effective, and deliver measurable value, enabling the organization to achieve its strategic objectives efficiently.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
