About The Position
Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a Dealership Sales Manager. This is a privately owned, community-oriented company where team members prioritize customer service, are team players, and maintain a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. Team members are treated with dignity and respect and are required to follow site-specific/brand-specific procedures for consistent and quality customer experiences. The role involves supervising and motivating salespeople, promoting strategies to sell vehicles, and performing other management duties such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals. As a team member, you will be responsible for exceptional customer service skills and any duties assigned by management. This position requires evenings, weekends, and the ability to work varied hours based on business needs. The company participates in the E-verify program. All employees are hired as temporary employees subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which they are not eligible for benefits. A performance review will occur at the end of this period.
