The Full-Time Sales Consultant plays a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused buying experience by guiding customers through every stage of the sales process. With access to one of the area’s largest inventories of both new and pre-owned vehicles, this position focuses on confidently matching every customer with the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training and ongoing support, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals new to automotive sales who are motivated to build a successful career. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Previous experience working in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality
A strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy
Self-motivation and accountability
A positive attitude and openness to coaching
Strong customer service and negotiation skills
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Working directly with customers to help them find the right vehicle
Answering questions, setting up test drives, and guiding them through the buying process
Following up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
Staying organized and keeping up with a fast-paced environment
Building relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
