We are seeking a dynamic and driven Full Time Aftermarket Sales Consultant to grow our aftermarket team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and engaging customers who have purchased a vehicle on a wide range of accessories and customization options. You'll work closely with sales staff, vendors, and other department managers to ensure a high level of service, product availability, and department profitability. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone with deep knowledge of automotive accessories, a strong sales background, and a passion for helping customers personalize their vehicles.

Requirements

  • Sales experience: 2+ years
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Automotive accessory sales or customization: 2+ years
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket products and vehicle customization options.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Car dealership sales experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell aftermarket products and services including, but not limited to, paint protection, rustproofing, wheels, and interior/exterior accessories.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and department revenue goals.
  • Work with Management to manage product inventory, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation of sold accessories and services.
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales, including invoicing and payment handling.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support other dealership departments with coordination of accessory work and workflow.
