About The Position
Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Dealership Recon Specialist to join our team in Westbrook, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly prepared, inspected, and detailed before they are placed on the sales lot.
Requirements
- Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning, detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move vehicles or parts as needed.
- Work hours - Tuesday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles inside and out to meet dealership standards.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and preparations.
- Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards before being delivered to sales.
- Assist with inventory management and vehicle organization on the lot.
