About The Position
As a Dealership Porter, you will be responsible for keeping track of parked vehicles and ensuring the parking lot is neat and presentable. Your duties will include moving and parking cars on the lot and in the service tunnel, exhibiting safe driving skills, and providing excellent customer service. This role is crucial for maintaining the organization and appearance of the dealership's vehicle areas and ensuring customer vehicles are ready for return after service.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Pass a motor vehicle report and drug screen.
- Lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform job duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle flow in our service tunnel, service lane, service drive, and within the dealership parking lot.
- Work with the dealership service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving customer vehicles, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
- Clean parking lot, service area, and other vehicle areas when needed.
- Service customer needs with a positive attitude.
