About The Position

Trust Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic team member with a proven track record in a Multi-Dealership Group environment. We are hiring an experienced Dealership Payroll Clerk to join our team! This position is ideal for someone beginning a career in payroll or accounting within a Multi-Dealership Group environment. You will report directly to the Payroll Manager.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Must have good work ethic including maintaining a neat work area.
Excellent follow-through skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and valid CA driver's license.

Nice To Haves

Previous clerical, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Previous dealership working experience, a PLUS!
Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)

Responsibilities

Assist with processing employee payroll accurately and timely.
Assist with payroll data including hours worked, pay adjustments, commissions, and deductions.
Assist with maintaining employee payroll files and records.
Support payroll audits and verification of payroll information.
Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information.
File payroll and accounting documents accurately.
Support the payroll center with administrative duties as assigned.
Understand and follow company policies, procedures, and payroll compliance requirements.
