About The Position

Eastman is looking for an energetic seasoned Outside Sales Representative to join an exciting and rapidly growing team responsible for day-day and long-term territory management. This includes prospecting and cultivating relationships within the dealerships to bring in new customers into the entire sales development and customer management life cycle. The ideal candidate can build and convey compelling messaging and value for the buyer at targeted customers. You should be a self-starter with the ability to think strategically and analytically about the business, our products, and any technical challenges. Above all, you will care deeply about the customer and delight in creating simple and elegant solutions that solve our customers’ biggest challenges. Home location can be anywhere in the specified markets above. Responsible for F2F visits throughout the territory, 50%+ travel. Main areas of concentration are Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, Utah. Understanding of new-vehicle dealerships is a great asset. Automotive affinity and hands-on mentality are highly valued.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Proven success in outside sales roles
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA in a business-related discipline preferred
  • 10+ years preferred
  • Automotive industry experience highly desirable
  • Familiarity with new-vehicle dealership operations is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory management plans to achieve growth targets
  • Proactively identify and convert new dealership prospects into long-term strategic partners
  • Make follow-up calls to existing customers - cross-sell and up-sell additional products
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
  • Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers to cross-sell and up-sell additional products
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Service existing accounts, including order follow-ups, complaint resolution, credit concerns, and sample requests
  • Provide Voice of Customer feedback on product quality, performance, and service issues
  • Communicate full product and service offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms to dealership decision-makers
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and assist with sales analysis
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close business deals
  • Utilize CRM tools (SFDC) for opportunity management and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support dealership programs
  • Recommend and implement marketing strategies within dealerships to strengthen brand presence
