About The Position

The Dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicles, working with lending agencies, selling warranties and aftermarket products, and managing cash. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures. The position involves evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. All employees are hired as temporary employees until a 90-day introductory period has elapsed, during which they are not eligible for benefits.
