About The Position

This position is for a Dealership Sales Manager at Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a privately owned, community-oriented company. The company emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and treating all team members with dignity and respect. Sales Managers are responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople, promoting strategies to sell vehicles, organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals. Team members are expected to provide exceptional customer service and perform any duties assigned by management. The role requires evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which employees are considered temporary and not eligible for benefits. A performance review will occur at the end of this period.
