Dealership Finance Mgr
About The Position
The Dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicles, working with lending agencies, selling warranties and aftermarket products, and managing cash. This is a full-time position at Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a privately owned, community-oriented company that prioritizes customer service and teamwork. Team members are expected to be engaged, enthusiastic, and treat others with dignity and respect. They must follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures to ensure consistent and quality customer experiences. The role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to perform any duties assigned by management. The position involves working evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. All employees are hired as temporary employees for a 90-day introductory period, during which their performance is reviewed to determine continued employment. Temporary employees are not eligible for benefits during this period.
Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand continuously

- Bend, stoop
- Climbing a ladder is required on occasion
