About The Position

The Dealership Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager is responsible for helping customers finance their vehicles, working with lending agencies, managing sales warrants and aftermarket products, and managing cash. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures to ensure consistent and quality customer experiences. The position involves working evenings, weekends, and varied hours based on business needs. All employees are hired as temporary employees until they complete a 90-day introductory period, during which they are not eligible for benefits. This introductory period is for both the company and the employee to determine suitability for the role.

Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand continuously
• Lift up to 60 lbs
• Bend, stoop
• Climbing a ladder is required on occasion
• Evenings, weekends and the ability to work varied hours and days based on the needs of the business
