Requirements

• Experience in dealership accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic accounting knowledge and reconciliation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Nice To Haves

• Strong skills in accounting support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Experience with data entry, financial recordkeeping, and dealership accounting processes.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, general ledger support, and accounting software systems.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, manage financial documents, and support overall accounting operations in a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with data entry, posting transactions, and reconciliation
• Support month-end closing and reporting processes
• Work with vendors, customers, and management on financial items
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
