Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Acts and adapts to change

• Thrives in a team environment and stays positive

Nice To Haves

• Dealership accounting or automotive experience preferred
• Customer service or retail experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Process new/used vehicle purchases and dealer trades
• Submit aftermarket products and manufacturer transactions
• Process vendor invoices and lien payoffs
• Complete weekly/monthly reconciliations
• Support intercompany and dealership accounting functions
