Dealer Trainee
About The Position
Enroll in Free Table Games dealer school and learn to deal in as early as 4 weeks. Earn $20 per hour while you train! Classes are available Wednesday-Sunday (evening). Full-time positions are guaranteed after successful completion of the course. On average, dealer pay exceeds $20.00 per hour (base pay plus tips earned through a tip pool). Applicants must be 21 and able to obtain a LA Gaming Permit. The length of training depends on the game type and total training hours attended per day. Successful completion of Dealer School is required for continued employment as a Dealer.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have an energetic, outgoing personality.
- No experience is necessary.
- Must be able to pass a timed, basic math test.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to perform basic math quickly.
Responsibilities
- Learn to deal table games.
- Work all shifts.
- Sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
