About The Position

The Dealer Support Representative at APC will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and support between the company and its network of dealers. This position is responsible for addressing dealer inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining strong relationships to enhance dealer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing dealer or client relationships.
  • Experience in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing dealer inquiries and issues.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information and solutions to dealer queries.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of dealer support programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of dealer interactions and issues, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
  • Participate in dealer meetings and events to foster positive relationships and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company products to provide knowledgeable support to dealers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of dealer support processes and strategies.
