Previous experience in indirect lending, auto finance, or dealership operations is preferred

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing auto dealership partners
Promote the credit union’s indirect lending programs and communicate product information clearly
Provide timely support to dealer partners and resolve questions efficiently
Educate dealers on program guidelines, documentation requirements, and best practices
Review indirect loan applications for accuracy and completeness
Serve as a liaison between dealerships and internal teams to support smooth funding
Identify opportunities to expand the dealer network and grow indirect business
Represent the credit union at dealership visits, sales meetings, and industry events
Ensure all activities align with regulatory and compliance requirements
