Requirements

High School diploma or its equivalent required.
Six months of experience working in a high-volume production environment, answering phones required.

Nice To Haves

Twelve months related experience in auto loan processing preferred.

Responsibilities

Handles dealer communication and correspondence.
Triages internal and external customer requests for underwriting and funding exceptions.
Receives and handles department inquiries and correspondence, serving as the primary resource for processing issues and corrections.
Handles department funding records and reports.
Resolves lender partner file transmission issues.
Works with internal and external business partners to ensure proper loan lien recordings.
Researches and handles special projects within Consumer Lending.
