Our US organization is in active growth mode, expanding our dealer network and establishing Chrono24 as the #1 platform in the US luxury watch market. We are looking for a Dealer Success Manager to join our Miami-based team and drive the full lifecycle of dealer activation, development, and retention. The Dealer Success Manager owns the dealer journey from registration through activation and long-term membership growth. This is a proactive, commercial, and highly autonomous role focused on speed, conversion, and account development. You will independently manage your own portfolio like a business: setting priorities, building development plans, and driving dealers forward. We expect you to take initiative, spot opportunities across your book of accounts, and act on them. You will be responsible for reducing time-to-activation, improving tester-to-member conversion, and growing dealer accounts within our tier structure. Sitting at the intersection of operations, sales, and account management, your work will directly impact US supply growth.
