About The Position

DMR Technologies is seeking a customer-focused Dealer Success Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our sales, manufacturing, and engineering teams and our growing network of agricultural equipment dealers. After our Territory Sales Manager secures a new dealer partnership, the Dealer Success Manager takes ownership of the relationship—helping dealers successfully launch, market, demonstrate, sell, and support DMR drone systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, traveling to customer sites, and helping others succeed. While technical aptitude is important, the primary responsibility is ensuring our dealer partners become confident, successful DMR representatives.

Requirements

  • FAA Part 107 (or willingness to obtain)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Organized
  • CRM experience
  • Comfortable traveling 25–40%
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Lead dealer onboarding after contracts are signed
  • Coordinate product delivery
  • Conduct dealership launch meetings
  • Build relationships with dealership leadership and sales teams
  • Become the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
  • Teach dealership personnel how to demonstrate DMR products
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product training
  • Assist dealers with first customer demonstrations
  • Create confident drone advocates inside each dealership
  • Ensure dealers understand where DMR support begins and ends
  • Perform routine site visits
  • Help dealers identify sales opportunities
  • Assist with customer ride-alongs and demonstrations
  • Review sales performance with dealership leadership
  • Share best practices from other successful dealers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for dealer questions including: "My drone won't fly." "This nozzle needs replacing." "I'm getting an error code." "How do I update firmware?" "Can you help us quote this customer?"
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and technical support when necessary but remain the dealer's primary advocate throughout the process.
  • Work closely with: Territory Sales, Operations, Engineering, Production, Marketing, Customer Service to ensure dealer issues are resolved quickly.
