About The Position

JM&A Group is seeking a detail-oriented Dealer Set-Up Analyst who is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the dealer specific product pricing, within established eligibility criteria and state compliance guidelines. The individual reviews dealer program proposals, matching the requests to legal agreements and raises questions as necessary, to ensure accurate implementation within the FWS Online Pricing, Mainframe and AutoRates systems. The Dealer Set-Up Analyst is also responsible for assisting Operational Accounting, Customer Service, Business Technology and Zone Support in problem analysis and resolution related to contract administration, billing and/or AutoRates quoting issues. The position offers a hybrid work schedule in Deerfield Beach, FL (3 days per week on-site), and requires well-developed technical skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting legal documents and proposals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities
