About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II at Manheim, part of the Cox family of businesses. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. The position involves representing the dealer sales lane, promoting Manheim's products and services, assisting dealers with vehicle preparation for auction, negotiating bids, consulting on pricing, offering reconditioning advice, and resolving client issues.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds
  • Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
  • Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana excluded for this position)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3 years of auction experience
  • 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
  • Previous experience in sales support role
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
