About The Position

This role is for a Dealer Services Specialist II at Manheim, part of Cox Automotive. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth and professional auction experience. They will act as the 'pit crew' for auction days, ensuring everything runs efficiently. The position is based at a specified Cox location and does not offer remote work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3 years’ experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus
• Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

Nice To Haves

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience
• 2 to 4 years of dealership experience
• Previous experience in sales support role
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Representing the dealer sales lane on sale days
• Promoting Manheim’s products and services
• Helping dealers get vehicles ready for auction

• Solving problems and serving as a client contact
